I have been living in the Bega Valley since 1999, and an active committee member with SWG and the WRC as a volunteer for over 10 years. I hold a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Wollongong and studied Conflict Transformation and Social Justice at Queen’s University in Belfast. In 2017 I had the opportunity to work on a Women’s Empowerment Program and Girl Impact Initiative in Zambia.
I have worked with Bega Valley Shire Council as a Case Manager in Recovery Support following the 2020 bushfires. I am passionate about working on community based programs that support the health and well-being of vulnerable people and contributing to ethical and sustainable shifts for their future.
